Very disappointed with the refills
The original diffuser was amazing and had a beautiful, long-lasting fragrance, which is why I decided to purchase a refill.
Unfortunately, this is now the second refill bottle that has a very strong ethanol/alcohol smell. The fragrance is nowhere near the quality of the original diffuser.
I also experienced the same issue with my first refill and wrote a review on the website explaining the problem, but it was never posted.
It’s really disappointing because I genuinely liked the original product and was happy to continue buying from the brand. However, after having the same problem with two refill bottles and my previous review not being published, I have lost confidence in the product.
Sadly, I will not be purchasing from this brand again.
Great product, and the refill is great value.
Brought smaller bottles from another company glad I found somewhere where you can purchase the bigger bottles which works out cheaper
My favourite scent, not over powering but incredibly fragrant.
