The quick evaporation is often due to the number of sticks used and the placement of the bottle. Using fewer sticks can help slow down the evaporation. Also, if the product is placed near a breezy or drafty area, it can cause it to consume faster than usual. We recommend positioning it in a more enclosed or less windy spot to help it last longer.

Hello,
I really enjoy the smell of the product, but I noticed something unusual. Within only 5 days after opening, the bottle lost about half of its liquid. It seems to evaporate extremely quickly, which makes me think there might be an issue with the packaging or a defect.
Could you please advise if this is normal, or offer a replacement?

Nice powdery but beautiful scent ideal for any room really! Not too strong like the red bottle!
